What could be BETTER than that? Throughout my fifteen year relationship with this dealership, I feel as though I have been blessed by the ?CAR ANGELS?. Each and every employee is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and eager to help. I don?t think there is another car dealership in the Tidewater area that could compete with the level of service you receive from this staff.
What a powerful combination. Low prices, excellent service. What more could a customer look for?

I would just like to say thank you for the wonderful service I receive when bringing my vehicle in to the Service Dept.
Mr. Jon Boiling has always been very courteous and professional. He and the staff are very helpful -even when I bring my car in for what they might consider
the smallest and silliest of concerns. One instance a few months ago, I stopped by on my way to work, without an appointment, because the light for the tire
pressure went on, and I did not know what that meant, or how serious it was.
Also, when one of the knobs on the dashboard was loose, I stopped in and he fixed it for the time being, and ordered the new part.
The staff has always taken the time to see me when I stop in and answer any
questions and concerns. And with my busy schedule I appreciate it very much
when I can stop by early in the morning on my way to work without any problem.
Mr. Marty Beaton, the salesman who sold me my Buick Lucerne, was also very helpful. He was very pleasant throughout the whole process, and he and the finance person really worked with me to help me get the car at what I could
afford. Mr. Beaton periodically keeps in touch, and I will be sure to let people know about Performance and their staff.
Thank you again, and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the good people that you have working for you.

Dear Paul;
Although it had been some time since I last visited your dealership, I found out that I was in need of a new battery for my 2003 Buick LeSabre.
I would like to commend your two service writers in the service department.
They cordially greeted me, asked me what the problem was, and then assured
me it would be taken care of in a timely manner. I told them I would like to leave the car overnight, as the battery had to be ordered and would not arrive until the next day. They told me that was no problem, and then proceeded to ask me if I needed anything else. After thinking about it a few seconds, I realized that my
car now had 59,000 miles on it and it was time to change the transmission fluid.
It is a pleasure today to see two young men who obviously enjoy their job.
Many times, especially with service writers who have to listen to complaints all
day long, you don't find them to be in the best of spirits; however this was quite the contrary with these two gentlemen. They made me feel like they had gone
out of their way to help me, and believe me, the next time I am in the market for an automobile, I will remember the service that I have received at Performance Buick-Pontiac.
Please pass along to these two gentlemen my complete satisfaction not only
with the repairs to the car, but especially for their fresh and refreshing attitudes.

This letter is sent to commend your service department. My recent experience with your business was exceptionally good. The service manager, Jon Boiling was very courteous, accommodating and honest with my husband and me.
The service department done the work we felt we needed done at the price and time
agreed upon and advised me of work that would need to be done in the future but did not push any unnecessary service.
I will be happy to tell my friends about this very good auto service experience and will remember it when I need service in the future.
